تعليقات Kiribati national budget is approved by the legislature (MANEABA NI MAUNGATABU). While the Ministry of Internal Affairs is responsible for Electoral Commission and National Elections, the responsible Ministry for the national election budget (all costs of the National Election) is Ministry of Justice, and the accounting officer is the Secretary of Ministry of Justice. An accounting officer shall be personally accountable for all public moneys received, collected or disbursed and for all public stores received, held or disposed of by or an account of the department or service for which the Head for which he is the accounting officer is provided.
