تعليقات Subject to the provisions of this section and of section 118(3) of this Constitution, every person who-(a) is a citizen of Kiribati;(b) has attained the age of 18 years; and(c) is a person resident within an electoral district established by or under this Constitution, shall be entitled to be registered as an elector in the electoral district in which he is resident, and when so registered to vote at an election of a member of the Maneaba ni Mangatabu for that electoral district.

تعليقات All elections petitions are referred to the Judiciary (the High Court) for arbitration. The High Court shall have jurisdiction to hear and determined any question whether any person has been validly elected as a member of the Maneaba ni Maungatabu; or any elected member of the Maneaba has vacated his seat therein or is required by virtue of section 58 of this Constitution to cease to perform his functions as a member.
