تعليقات Every citizen who is a person resident within an electoral district established by or under the Constitution, shall be entitled to be registered as an elector in the electoral district in which he is resident, and when so registered to vote at an election of a member of the Maneaba ni Mangatabu for that electoral district.

تعليقات Every person who desires and is entitled to be registered as an elector in any ward may make application in person to the Electoral Officer for the electoral district who shall, if he is satisfied that the applicant is entitled to be registered as an elector for the ward and is not registered as an elector in another ward, whether in that electoral district or elsewhere, enter the applicant's name and the date in the register of elections for that ward.
