تعليقات The president is both the head of state and the head of government. The presidency rotates every 4 years among the three islands. The President and the Vice President are elected together by universal, direct suffrage in a majority vote in one round. The primary election is held on the island of the current presidency and only those three candidates who have received the greatest number of votes may contest in the presidential election.
