تعليقات Political parties can have their policies broadcast in the form of a representative's speech twice a month during the 90 days before the election period begins, and the cost of broadcasting is generally borne by the political parties. However, if a political party that holds a negotiating group in the National Assembly uses public broadcasters during this period, the public broadcaster covers the cost for one of the two broadcasts per month. Political parties are reimbursed for campaign expenses, including the cost of broadcast and print advertisements, based on their candidates' performance in the presidential election: they receive 100% reimbursement if they obtain 15% or more of the valid votes, and 50% reimbursement if they obtain more than 10% but less than 15% of the valid votes.
