تعليقات Voters shall vote for the electoral list of candidates for MPs (hereinafter: electoral list). Parliamentary seats shall be distributed among electoral lists proportionately to the number of the votes won, and the number of seats due to electoral lists shall be determined by applying the system of the highest quotient. Parliamentary seats won by an electoral list shall be allocated to candidates for MPs in keeping with the order in which they are listed on that electoral list.
