تعليقات 2. A citizen of the Russian Federation who has attained the age of 18 as of voting day and who is the resident of an electoral district shall be entitled to elect deputies of the State Duma in the corresponding electoral district. A citizen who has attained the age of 18 on the voting day and has been registered at the place of a temporary residence at the territory of electoral district not less than 3 months before the voting day and who is included in the voter list in accordance with part 11 of Article 17 of this Law also has a right to elect deputies in this district.
