تعليقات e) In addition, eligible voters should be of sound mind and should be registered in the Electoral Register. Registration in the Electoral Register requires that the eligible voter has been a resident in the geographical constituency of South Sudan for a period not less than 3 months before the date of closure of the Electoral Register or originates from the geographical constituency. Eligible voters shall satisfy the following conditions: (d) be of sound mind.
