تعليقات For the three members nominated by political parties or coalitions who obtained the most votes in the last presidential election, it is required to be Salvadoran, over 30 years old, not belonging to a religious order, be honest and notorious and have been in full possession of his/her political rights in the five years preceding his/her election. The two remaining members nominated by the Supreme Court shall be eligible to be judges of the courts of second instance and have no party affiliation.
