تعليقات Election petitions shall be filed in the High Court by a candidate who lost the election or a registered voter in the constituency concerned supported by the signatures of at least 500 voters registered in that constituency. Any candidate dissatisfied with the presidential election may take the matter to the Supreme Court within ten days after the declaration of the results. The Electoral Commission hears and rules on election complaints arising before and during polling.
