تعليقات One of the functions of the Electoral Commission established in the Constitution is to formulate and implement civic educational programmes relating to elections. At the same time, the Commission has a power to accredit any non-partisan individual, group of individuals or an institution or association to carry out voter education subject to guidelines determined by the commission and published in the Gazette.
