تعليقات A person is qualified to be registered as an elector for a polling district if he is a citizen of the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines; if he is a Commonwealth citizen who has resided in San Vincent for a period not less than twelve months immediately prior to the qualifying date; and in either case has resided in that constituency for a period of not less than six months immediately preceding the qualifying date.
