تعليقات In order to be validly nominated to stand as a candidate for a constituency a person must be nominated in writing by not less than 25 voters of his party registered in the polling districts within the constituency for which he is a candidate. A candidate or one of the persons nominating him shall, at the time of delivering nomination paper, deposit with a Returning Officer such sum of money as may be prescribed by the Commission. No person shall be nominated as a candidate for election in more than one constituency, but any party may field any person to be a candidate in any constituency and such candidate may register and vote at such constituency.
