تعليقات The adoption of international treaties regarding certain important issues must be approved by referendum before ratification. In addition, the total reform of the Constitution, or any reform that affect its fundamental principles, the rights, duties and guarantees, shall take place through a Constituent Assembly, activated by popular will through a referendum. A constitutional referendum is required to approve the entry into force of the constitutional reform.
