When the hearing of the candidates as mentioned in Para. (5) of this article is completed, the National Assembly shall approve or reject any individual nominated member with a simple majority vote; 7. If one or more candidates are rejected as per Para. (6) of this article, the Council of Ministers must replace the rejected member in accordance with Para. (1) up to (6) of this article; 8. The nomination process mentioned in Para. (7) of this article, the procedure mentioned in Para.
