Reports of Findings: Use of language in ballot instructions, National Institute of Standards and Technology (2009)

This Report of Findings summarizes the results of a study on the language used in the ballots. The study analyzes the effects of the language used for the instructions in the ballot: how does the language influences the results of the vote? How does this influence e-voting? Finally, the report makes a few recommendations on voter education.
