Central African Republic: Constitution (2004)
The Constitution of the Central African Republic was ratified by the electorate in a referendum held on 5 December 2004 and promulgated on 27 December of the same year. The Constitution was amended in 2010 (by the "Loi constitutionnelle no 10-005 du 11 mai 2010, modifiant et completant certaines dispositions de la constitution du 27 décembre 2004 "), which extended the terms of the President and the National Assembly.
