Kenya: Press Statement by the Elections Observation Group (ELOG) on the IEBC’s announcement of the March 4th 2013 Elections Date (2012)

This is the statement released by a Domestic Observation Group in Kenya that comprises of several CSOs and FBOs that are continually monitoring the preparedness of Kenya for the forthcoming General Election that will be first under the Constitution 2010. The attached statement relates to the announcement of the Election day by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission and follow-up to the last press release of 5th March 2012.
