Afghanistan: Final Report, the Wolesi Jirga and Provincial Council elections, JEMB (2005)

The final report by the Joint Electoral Management Body (JEMB), the joint Afghan-UN body mandated by presidential decree to manage and administer the Afghan elections, on the Wolesi Jirga and Provincial Council elections held on 18 September 2005. The report includes observations throughout the electoral cycle including the voter registration, ballot production, and counting phases of the process.
