Elections and Minorities: Present Problems and Alternatives for the Future, Centre for Policy Alternatives CPA (2010)
This report briefly highlights some of the obstacles faced by minorities in voting during the Presidential Elections and problems that may arise in future elections. The report gives recommendations to the Government, political parties, donors, humanitarian agencies, civil society and others.
