Nepal: Final Report, Constituent Assembly Election, EU, (2008)

Elections were held on 10 April 2008 to elect 575 members to a Constituent Assembly that will draft a new constitution and act as an Interim Parliament. Following an invitation from the Interim Government of Nepal the European Union (EU) established an Election Observation Mission (EU EOM) in Nepal to assess the election.
