Georgia: Draft opinion on the draft constitutional law on amendments and changes to the constitution of Georgia, Council of Europe (2010)

This document presents draft opinion of the Venice Commission (European Commission for Democracy Through Law) of the Council of Europe on the draft amendments to the Constitution of Georgia. The Constitutional amendments are planned to be discussed in the Georgian parliament in September 2010, and be adopted by November 2010.
