Georgia: final opinion of the Venice commission on the constitutional reform, CoE (2010)

The Venice Commission of the Council of Europe adopted at its 84th Plenary Session its Final opinion on the draft constitutional law on amendments and changes to the constitution of Georgia. The final opinion was in line with the second preliminary recommendations of the Commission.
