Palestine: Elections Law no.9 (2005)

This document is an English version of the Palestinian Electoral Law no.9 of 2005. The legislation establishes women quotas within electoral lists. Certain prepositions mention that the electoral system is mixed and therefore based equally on the principles of relative majority and proportional representation.
