Norfolk Island: Referendum Act 1964 (2000)
This act establishes the procedures and regulations for popular referendums in the Norfolk Island. Referendums can be directed by the Minister or the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly. A specific question referenda can also be requested by the electors if more than one third of the registered voters show their approbation to do so.
