Angola: CNE informs diplomats about accreditation of observers, ANGOP (2012)

In this article, the National Electoral Commission (CNE) holds a briefing session to inform diplomatic missions accredited to Angola about the accreditation process. It is reported that national and international observers is legally governed by criteria of quotas.
