Angola: Presidential system more encompassing in terms of powers, ANGOP (2010)

The article discusses the presidential-parliamentary system adopted by the Angolan Constitution. This new constitution was passed on 21 January 2010 by the National Assembly of Angola and it replaces the Constitution of 1992.
