Azerbaijan: Parliament of Azerbaijan passed changes to election law (2008)

On 2nd June the Parliament of Azerbaijan adopted changes to Election Code. The amended draft took into account the remarks made by a representative of the Azerbaijani presidential administration. Most of the recommendations of the Venice Commission were ignored.
