CEC: Azerbaijan cannot simplify registration for electoral candidates, Trend.az (2010)

The article informs that in response to the OSCE-Baku statement, that procedures of candidate registration should be simplified in Azerbaijan, the CEC Chairman claims this is impossible to do in the current legal framework.
