Azerbaijan: Final Report on Presidential Elections, OSCE/ODIHR (2008)

This document presents the final opinion of OSCE/ODIHR on Azerbaijani Presidential Elections of 15 October 2008. The report states that while the presidential election marked considerable progress towards meeting OSCE commitments and other international standards, in particular with regard to some technical aspects of election administration, the election process failed to meet some OSCE commitments.
