Botswana: IEC ready for Tonota North by-election, Mmegi (2010)

This article discusses Independent Electoral Commission's readiness to hold by-election in Tonota. Secretary of the IEC, Gabriel Seeletso stated that the IEC is ready and material needed for the election is ready with the exception of ballot papers which are still being printed.
