ECOWAS Observation Mission of the Presidential Election in Cape Verde Allafrica (2011)
The presidential elections in Cap verde was declared credible , free and fair by ECOWAS electoral observation mission team led by Mr. David Adenze Kangah, Deputy Chair of the Electoral Commission of Ghana. Although the election was in most cases well organized, In some cases official were late opening the pooling station, and one act of intimidation was reported. Also it was denoted that there no domestic observers and a low voter turnout.
