Guyana:Commonwealth observer group to observe electoral process, NCN (2011)

A 15-member commonwealth observer group led by Former Commonwealth Parliamentary Association Secretary-General, the Honourable Denis Marshall QSO, will be observing Guyana's general and regional elections. The group was constituted by Commonwealth Secretary-General, Kamalesh Sharma at the invitation of the government of Guyana.
