Guyana:USAID grant will help disabled exercise voting rights, Guyana Chronicle (2011)

The GUYANA Council of Organisations for Persons with Disabilities is currently organising a needs assessment workshop that will determine how best to use the US$18,000 grant awarded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), through its governance enhancement project, aimed at increasing the participation of the disabled in the electoral process.
