This article discusses statement by House’s committee chairman that the committee’s purpose is to ensure transparent and accountable elections so it is considered necessary to review the 2009 legislative and presidential election. The House of Representatives’ Commission II has established a working committee to probe an allegation of electoral fraud by former member of the election commission and former Constitutional Court justice.
