This article discusses the rejection to increase parliamentary threshold to between 4 and 5 percent in the 2014 general elections by six political parties in the parliament. These parties are the National Mandate Party (PAN), the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS), the National Awakening Party (PKB), the United Development Party (PPP), the Greater Indonesia Movement (Gerindra) Party and the People's Conscience (Hanura) Party.
