Indonesia's Contentious Legislative Threshold, The Jakarta Globe (2012).

This article discusses the debate on parliamentary threshold in the House of Representatives between the the nine political factions. The current threshold is 2.5 percent and several parties have pushing to increase it to 4 percent.
