India: Voting in two Jharkhand booths monitored live, ThaiIndian News (2009)
As the fourth phase of Jharkhand elections took place in the Maoist strongholds, the Election Commission monitored polling in two booths through web cameras. This was done for the first time on an experimental basis and more booths should be monitored during the last, fifth phase, of the election.
