Digital shift transforms Kenya's electoral process into an efficient exercise, Business Daily (2010)

This article discusses the technological revolution in Kenya's electoral process. Experts believe that the August 4 referendum was made a clear and transparent process thanks to the digital shift implemented by the Interim Independent Electoral Commission (IIEC). The IIEC will now expand the new system, and spend $400 million on a programme to introduce electronic voting in 20,000 polling centers by 2012.
