Election petition filed against the South Mugirango postponed yet again, KBC (2008)

The hearing of an election petition filed against the South Mugirango MP Omingo Magara was once again postponed after the legislator filed another appeal stating that since he had not been properly served, he had a time limitation preparing for the case.
