Kenya:An end to authoritarian presidential rule (East African 2009

Over a period of 40 years, Kenya declined steadily into government without any of the fundamentals of constitutionalism. Kenya had started out in 1963 with the Independence Constitution. This was then replaced by the radically different 1964 Presidential System constitution, (the Jamhuri Constitution).
