Kenya: Fair elections are possible, The New Vision (2010)
This article comments the results and outcomes of the referendum in Kenya. 66% of the voters approved the constitutional reforms presented in the referendum, but most importantly it was the process itself that mattered in the short-term. As a matter of fact, the Interim Independent Electoral Commission, instituted as a reaction to the 2007 elections, managed the elections with transparency and fairness.
