Kenya: IIEC to receive UN Award for delivering on electoral reforms, IIEC news (2010)

The Interim Independent Electoral Commission will tomorrow receive an honorary UN 2010 Award in recognition of what the UN Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator, Mr. Aeneas Chuma, describes as the commission’s “exceptional achievements in delivering electoral reforms to the Second Republic of Kenya”. The 2010 UN Day commemorations will be held at the Kenyatta International Conference Centre (KICC) on 22&23rd October, 2010.
