Kenya: MPs approve 80 new constituencies, The Standard (2011)

This article talks of the parliamentary deliberations that went way into the night on the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission bill 2011 that was finally passed by parliament with several amendments to it and the acceptance that the additional boundaries as drawn by the now dissolved Interim Independent Boundaries Review Commission be added to the current 210 constituencies.
