Kenya: NCCK wants two drafts at referendum, Daily Nation (2009)

One of the drafts, they propose, should present a ‘pure presidential’ while the other a ‘pure parliamentary’ system of governance. Kenyans should then be given the chance to choose between the two, without the risk of falling back to the current constitution, the said.
