Kenya: The Referendum Question IIEC (2010)

In framing the question, IIEC consulted with the Parliamentary Select Committee (PSC) on 10th May, 2010 as required by law. The Commission published the Referendum Question on 12th May, 2010, vide Gazette Notice No. 5075.
