St Kitts National Assembly passes oath or affirmation amendment, Caribbean Net News (2009)

The National Assembly of St. Kitts and Nevis passed a legislation that makes provision for candidates seeking election to declare on oath or affirmation that they are qualified in accordance with the Constitution. This law is supposed to prevent potential problems with double citizenship.
