Libya's ex-interim PM leads in election, Xinhua (2012)

This news article says Libya's NFA led by Jibril is leading in the country's first free national elections held on Saturday 7 July. The NTC said that it would hand over power in four weeks after the new congress is elected. The UN Security Council on Tuesday welcomed the smooth electoral process in Libya.
