Myanmar: Ethnic Parties Back Suu Kyi to Contest Election, The Irrawaddy (2011).

This article discusses a joint statement issued by The Nationalities Brotherhood which represents five ethnic parties to urge Aung San Suu Kyi to form legitimate political party to contest 2015 general election. The statement also call out the government to form a peace committee which includes representatives from ethnic parties to resolve conflicts in eastern and northern of Myanmar.
