| LEGISLATIVE ELECTION

On Sunday, July 5th elections took place in Mexico. For that purpose 139,959 polling sites were installed to receive almost 45% of the 77'481,847 citizens who were registered in the electoral roll for that day. However, such figure could change due to the regular update done by the Federal Electoral Registry.

The Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) obtained the majority of the seats of the Lower Chamber, and the definitive results for each  of the 300 electoral districts can be consulted.

There were also local elections taking place in other states of the Mexican Republic, and the results for those elections can be consulted at the website of each local electoral management body that had the resposibility for it.
